Simple Exercise to Increase Penis Girth

A simple and easy exercise that will help you to increase your penis girth :-

Warm your penis up sufficiently - like any muscle in your body it should be warm before doing any form of exercise to prevent muscle damage.

While your penis is still completely flaccid take a firm hold of the head and gently stretch your penis and hold it in the stretched position.

Now do a kegel so that you are pulling against the pressure supplied in the stretching. A kegel is the tensing of your pelvic muscles - the same action you would do to stop urinating in mid flow.

If done correctly you will be able to successfully pull against and resist the stretching of your penis. You will notice that while doing the kegel there will be a visible "flexing" of your penis muscles. Hold the kegel for about 1 second at a time.

Repeat  this exercise 10 to 15 times initially. On the last 2 rounds try to hold the kegel as long as possible.

Gradually increase the repetitions and you will notice a corresponding increase in your penis girth.
